Role & Responsibilities: The Office Coordinator is responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

  • Manage the Company Schedule
  • Assist with Company HRIS (paylocity)
  • Manage the President�??s calendar and meeting schedule
  • Responsible for event sign ups, registration/ professional organization responsibilities
  • Track employee certifications and renewals
  • Provide new employees with welcome baskets
  • Provide new employees with Infinite Gear
  • Manage the employee onboarding/offboarding administrative process
  • Manage company events from start to finish
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, etc.
  • Develop and update office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Provide other administrative support including scheduling group meetings, doing research, and creating reports

Skills, Education, and Experience Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or some college courses
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Office Coordinator
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to take initiative and create innovative solutions to problems
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skill
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
